How We Rate Sportsbooks
We use seven categories to rate sportsbooks. Each of these items are scored on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best possible score. The seven categories are then averaged together to provide an overall score for the sportsbook.
On each of our reviews, we also allow and encourage you, the user, to score each sportsbook based on your experience with them.
The seven scoring criteria are as follows:
- Customer Service – based on the quality of customer service they provide, responsiveness, and availability of their service representatives.
- Depositing Funds – this is scored on the ease of making a deposit as well as the options available for making them.
- Payouts – how easy and fast is it to receive a payout.
- Website – is the website fast, easy on the eyes, and easy to use. Content published on the website is also taken into consideration.
- Wagering – variety of betting options and methods for placing bets are scored along with the ease of placing a bet.
- Bonuses – deposit bonuses, loyalty and/or VIP programs offered, as well as other perks like low juice lines factor into our scoring for this.
- Reputation – what kind of reputation does the company have in the community. Are they known for consistently making payouts quickly and conveniently or do they routinely give players the runaround?
