If you are looking for a trustworthy sportsbook with excellent customer service and a great reputation, 5Dimes might be just what you are seeking. Although they have limited live betting opportunities and no prop betting, the comfort of knowing that you are playing with one of the most respected, if not the most respected company, in the industry makes that easy to overlook.

5Dimes lasted through a tumultuous period in the sportsbook industry, and throughout all of it has always stood as one of the pillars among gaming sites. No sportsbook does everything well, but 5Dimes has always come about as close as possible to making that claim.
They have often appealed to a wide variety of gamers. Whether you are a big or small player, looking for early lines, want excellent customer service, or are looking for a variety of betting options with low juice, you will likely feel right at home here.
Their reputation really is spotless. They do an excellent job with customer service, and by all accounts that we have found, if there is an issue they deal with it quickly. Obviously, a sportsbook is not going to go far without providing excellent service, and 5Dimes does exactly that.
5Dimes is among a small group of sportsbooks that really attracts casual players as well as professionals on the same platform. For the pros, they offer low juice accounts and lines, overnight lines for most events, and will even allow teasing of halftime lines which is rare among sportsbooks.
For casual gamers, you will find various bonus packages from big match play bonuses or even 15% cash back on losses.
Depending on your needs, they will even customize accounts for you.
Deposits can be made by Western Union, Netspend, Visa, and Goldplay. Withdrawals are allowed by money order, FedEx check, bank wire, and Goldplay. For money orders, FedEx, and bank wire, 5Dimes will cover the fee one time every month.
As already stated, when it comes to customer service, you would be hard pressed to find their equal. They are easy to contact by phone, email, and they have live chat available. As with most of the major sportsbooks, you can reach them 24 hours a day every day of the year. You can even contact them by fax if you wish to. Along with their normal contact phone numbers, 5Dimes also provides alternative numbers for customers if their normal lines are overwhelmed with calls.
When it comes to their website, 5Dimes strikes the perfect balance between usability and flair. The site looks appealing, but they did not go too far by crowding it with too many images and animations or too many options. On the other hand, unlike many sportsbooks, the interface does not look like a holdover from the 2026's.
Whether you are a new or experienced gamer, you will find the interface easy to use and have no trouble placing your first bet. The site is also fast and not plagued by the slow loading times you will find at some other sportsbooks, especially during peak playing times.
If there was one knock against their interface it would be the mobile interface. They do have a mobile site for those who want to be able to play on their tablets or smartphones, but it is basically just a condensed version of the website, instead of a unique experience designed for mobile devices. On the other hand, many other sportsbooks do not even offer a dedicated mobile option, so it is hard to knock 5Dimes too much for theirs.
If you prefer to place your bets by phone, there is a helpful and dedicated staff available for that.
Speaking of betting, you will find plenty of variety here. Just about anything you would want in the sports world you will find here. Where 5Dimes does not really get too involved is with the entertainment props some other sites offer. They do make up for that with some of their unusual sports options in their futures. For example, you can bet yes or no on NFL teams to win a division or to make the playoffs. Other sportsbooks give you the option to pick division winners and playoff teams, but none (that we know of) give you the option to pick teams not to win a division or not to make the playoffs.
In college football, you will find just about every single game here, including FCS games. If you really follow college football from across the nation, you will be able to play games here that other sportsbooks do not offer.
Another thing that sets 5Dimes apart are some of their more unusual betting options such as their 20-point football teasers and 16-point basketball teasers, far above the normal 7-10 point teasers offered elsewhere.
The one thing that they had been lacking on was live betting, but it is something they have added to their repertoire, but in a more limited fashion than some other books.
Betting limits are fairly high here among the big sportsbooks with $5,000 limits on NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL games.
Instead of the typical deposit bonus options you find at other books, 5Dimes instead gives you options. You can select low juice, cashback, or bigger bonuses. It is a refreshing change from other books and lets you choose the option that best meets your play style.
Obviously, low juice is the best option for the sharps. For bigger bonuses, you will receive 20-50% freeplay to use in the sportsbook or you can choose a 50% matchplay. You also get a 20% bonus on subsequent deposits. The cashback option gives you 15% cashback on your losses twice annually.
You will be hard pressed to find an online sportsbook that does things better than 5Dimes.
5Dimes Sportsbook Review
GS
Excellent customer service.
Unmatched reputation.
Wide variety of betting lines.
Simple, efficient website.
Trustworthy.
Lacking in the entertainment props.
Not many live betting options.

Simple to use and deal with. Great service when i have needed them.
Wish they had more entertainment props. Not a deal-breaker though. Website feels a bit dated and maybe overly simplistic.
When I think of 5Dimes the phrase “It works” just pops in my head. As the review here says, there is little that they do not do well. I have always liked dealing with them when I have had to through customer service.
The only real drawback is the website feels a bit dated compared to some of the more shiny sites out there today. At the same time though, it is simple to use, so I cannot really complain about it.
